Senior Architectural Technologist

Our client, a well-established Architectural Practice based in Chorley, Lancashire are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team and apply their expertise, skills, and professionalism to a number of exciting projects. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be working within the health sector however our client also work on projects in a variety of other sectors. The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist will also have a good knowledge of Revit.

Senior Architectural Technologists of all levels are encouraged to apply as our client are flexible with their criteria / requirements.

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration

• Competitive Salary £38,000 - £55,000 DOE

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Design / work on projects within the Healthcare Sector and a variety of other sectors
• Assist junior members of the team
• Lead a design / technical team
• Produce drawings, models and schedules using Revit
• Make sure all documentation is accurate
• Develop designs into working drawings
• Submission of planning / building regs
• Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Live within a commutable distance to Chorley
• 5 years' relevant experience within UK based company
• Healthcare experience advantageous
• Knowledge of Revit advantageous
• Ability to take initiative
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
• Ability to work independently and within a team
