I am excited to be actively recruiting for a skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join a creative, highly reputable, and well-established practice in Peterborough. This dynamic RIBA chartered practice are renowned for their innovative designs which their passion for high quality and sustainability evident. Their diverse portfolio covers the residential, commercial, conversion and historical sectors.

To be successful in this role you will need to have substantial post qualification experience, excellent technical abilities with proficiency in AutoCAD and proven job running experience.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural technology
• Several years of post qualification experience
• Extensive knowledge of current UK building regulations in the house building sector
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and good awareness of Sketch Up
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and driven approach to work
• Full clean UK driving licence and means of transport
• Thorough understanding of technical and professional work aspects
• Keen to continue professional development and keep up with technical knowledge
• On site experience
