Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Produce working drawings to a high standard
• Work alongside other consultants
• Prepare and Coordinate construction packages
• Prepare Technical drawings and Specifications
• Co-ordinating with design teams
• Use of Revit software to produce high-quality drawings
• Work within the Commercial sector as well as on Education and Healthcare developments

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit, Essential
• Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• High Technical Standard
• Living in or near Epsom
• Exposure to both design and technical elements of a project
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary (£40,000 - £55,000)
• Holiday; 20 Days + Bank Holidays
