Senior Architectural Technician

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £35000-£42000

I am looking for an ambitious and detail-orientated Senior Architectural Technician to join an award-winning practice in Glasgow. The RIBA chartered practice has a dynamic portfolio and works on projects across the Education, Healthcare, Residential and Hospitality sectors whilst having a strong focus on providing sustainable and innovative designs.

The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have significant post qualification experience and a proven record of job running. You should boast strong technical abilities, creative design flare and have previously managed a team. Revit experience is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

  • A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Significant post-qualification experience
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Able to complete projects within deadlines whilst providing exceptional designs
  • Confident liaising with clients, stakeholders and the wider team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of current UK building guidelines
  • Revit knowledge is essential
