Salary: £48,000-£52,000 (dependant on experience)

We are looking for a knowledgeable and creative Architect with a strong attention to detail to join an award-winning team in Farnborough. The practice is known for their expertise in Commercial, Residential and Mixed-use projects and have nine offices across the UK. They pride themselves in providing exceptional service to all clients and having a wealth of experience within their offices.

To be successful in this role, you should have sufficient post Part 3 experience and have ideally worked across all RIBA stages. You should be confident in collaborating with clients whilst providing remarkable designs with expert detailing. AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
• Lead projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, ensuring the highest standard of design is provided.
• Represent the practice in client-facing interactions.
• Assist in on-site management of projects.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
• Experience working on Educational and Industrial projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Accreditation by AABC or RIBA SCA/CA is desirable.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
