Salary: £48,000-£52,000 (dependant on experience)

My client is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Architect with an exceptional attention to detail to join their friendly and award-winning team in Farnborough. The multi-disciplinary practice has a focus on the Education, Commercial and Residential sectors and they currently have an exceptional reputation with offices across the UK.

To be successful as a Senior Architect, you should have significant post Part 3 experience and ideally have worked across all RIBA stages. You should be able to manage a team and speak to clients whilst also boasting excellent technical knowledge. AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
• Lead projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, ensuring the highest standard of design is provided.
• Represent the practice in client-facing interactions.
• Assist in on-site management of projects.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
• Experience working on Educational and Industrial projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Accreditation by AABC or RIBA SCA/CA is desirable.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
