Two exciting opportunities for Analytical Chemists seeking the next step up into a senior role!

Joining as a Senior Chemist, you will undertake projects within the food & drinks testing sector, specialising in the analysis of trace contaminants and volatiles within a variety of matrices. You will work with either HPLC/LC-MS or GC/GC-MS, utilising previous experience to work autonomously, including performing instrument troubleshooting and maintenance. In addition, you will hold responsibility for interpreting data and signing off reports, as well as method development as required.

To be considered you must have:

  • A minimum of 18 months’ experience working with HPLC/LC-MS and/or GC/GC-MS within an ISO 17025 industry regulated laboratory
  • Some experience developing or optimising methods.
  • Experience working with sample matrices such as food, drinks, environmental or agrochemical.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
