I am pleased to be recruiting for a client who I have worked with for over 5 years and as such they would like my help in recruiting a Senior Administrator. 

You will be joining a lovely friendly team within a very well-established and reputable company, based in the local Enfield area.

This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday with core office hours of 8am to 5pm.

Your role here will be to provide support to the team and Directors, below are some of the duties required:

  • Administrative tasks such as managing inbox and emails, handling incoming and outcoming calls, ordering office supplies.
  • Scheduling and allocating works on time.
  • Ensuring clients, contractors and suppliers are informed accordingly.
  • Purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Reception duties to cover absence.
  • Ad Hoc tasks as and when needed.

The successful Senior Administrator

  • Proven office admin experience, ideally from a Construction or Electricals background
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Highly organised with superb attention to detail
