Job Summary:
NEW ROLE! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Administrator. As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Organize and maintain company newsletter
- Assist with purchase requisitions and purchase orders

- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or PA role preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including typing and using various software applications
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
- Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
