Senior Administrator and Underwriter (Bridging Loans)

Role Overview: As a Senior Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, taking responsibility for underwriting, credit control, and various back-office duties. You will be proactive in managing your workload, especially during quieter times, ensuring that files are ready for payout and seeking additional tasks to contribute to the smooth running of the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Chase customers for required documents via phone and written communication.

Perform all necessary back-office duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.

Generate reports to provide insights for business decision-making.

Update files and verify information accuracy.

Identify loans eligible for payout and ensure a correct audit trail.

Chase outstanding debts and update customers on payment statuses.

Conduct both phone and written communication with customers to provide updates and gather necessary information.

Location: Levenshulme, Manchester (100% office-based)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Requirements:

Previous experience in a financial services environment, with a strong preference for bridging loans experience.

Ability to handle a varied workload and maintain a proactive approach.

Maturity and life experience to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.

Experience in conveyancing, mortgage brokering, or credit control would be advantageous.
