Senior Administrator - Accountancy Practice - Colchester - Up to £35,000 per annum

We are looking for a diligent, experienced, and confident Senior Office Administrator to oversee the smooth operation of a small Administration team with a leading Accountancy practice in Colchester.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and be capable of supervising a small team.

As a key member of operational support within the business you will play a pivotal role in ensuring administrative processes run efficiently and effectively.

Senior Administrator

  • Proven experience in office administration, preferably in an accountancy or financial services environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Previous experience supervising or managing administrative staff is advantageous

The Package

  • £30,000 -£35,000 per annum
  • 37.5 hours, 9 - 5:30 (flexi)
