You will work for an established media planning and advertising company based in the heart of London City.

Your new role
In this end to end Senior Accounts Payable job you will work as part of the centralised finance team in London, supporting and working closely with international media teams and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Ensuring invoices are approved for payment
  • Investigation and resolution of supplier queries
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Preparation and execution of weekly payment run
  • Management of staff expenses



What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will evidence recent, relevant experience in a similar Senior Accounts Payable role. You will have worked with international suppliers and multiple currencies, demonstrating excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Previous experience in a multi-entity business, dealing with intercompany transactions, and a solid understanding of VAT would be extremely desirable. You will be adept in the use of Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), previous experience using NetSuite and/or Filemaker systems is highly advantageous (but not essential). This is a demanding role in a fast-paced and complex environment, so you will be someone who works well under pressure and can deliver to tight deadlines. Previous experience working in the media industry and bi/multi lingual language skills would make you a stand out candidate for this job.
