Senior Accounts Payable Exectutive

Pinpoint Resourcing are partnered with a fantastic Charity based in London to source a temporary Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis

Duties

  • Posting Journals
  • Bank Account reconciliations
  • Scanning daily incoming invoices and expenses
  • Monitoring all finance mailboxes, including responded to any supplier queries.
  • Daily purchase invoice processing
  • Clearing of queried invoices daily
  • Compete Month End Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience
  • Good Excel skills
  • An understanding of Double entry bookkeeping
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to interact with all levels of Senior Management.
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Salary + other information:

  • Salary: £35000
  • Based near Victoria
  • Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
  • Hours: 9am - 5pm
  • 27 days holiday
