Senior Accounting Manager

Our client, a leading global hedge fund, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Senior Accounting Manager to lead the financial reporting team. Located in Central London, this pivotal role offers the opportunity to manage accounting operations within a complex legal entity structure and deliver excellence in various reporting dimensions.

**What You’ll Do:**

- Oversee and coordinate monthly close processes and group consolidation for our UK-based entities and beyond.

- Ensure the precision of corporate financial statements in accordance with local GAAP across the UK, France, and the US.

- Spearhead annual audits, collaborating closely with external auditors to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

- Contribute to quarterly and annual regulatory filings, performing detailed financial analyses and reviews.

- Engage in high-level accounting research, managing corporate service providers to ensure seamless operations.

- Support our tax team with strategic review and forecasting, leveraging your expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and management company accounting.

**Who You Are:**

- A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with ACCA/ACA qualification strongly preferred.

- Boasting over 7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally a blend of both public and private sectors.

- A proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with a knack for handling large data files and creating comprehensive presentations.

- An analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.

- A self-starter, ready to take initiative, propose solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
