Grafton Banks Finance is currently seeking a recently qualified accountant for a Finance Business Partner role within a rapidly growing financial services organisation with offices in Brighton. Reporting to the FP&A Manager and managing the group cost base, providing better understanding of costs across the organisation.

The role will suit an inquisitive and ambitious recently/fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA essential), with cost anaysis, variance analysis and experience of presenting results.

This role gives the successful candidate the chance to partner with senior stakeholders to get under the skin of the organisation, understand cost drivers and providing insight to senior leadership, as well as providing a spring board to other roles in the planning and analysis department. What the firm seek is potential rather than specific experience.

  • You'll be providing cost analysis and insight, supporting on the budget and forecasting.
  • You will be working with stakeholders to support investment proposals and investigating cost risk and opportunities.

The successful candidate will be fully qualified accountant (ACA< CIMA< ACCA). Strong analytical and problem solving skills are imperative coupled with competent IT skills and the ability to deliver at pace and under pressure.
