What are we looking for? You will be ACA or ACCA qualified, part qualified or studying, with previous experience within practice. QBE with demonstrable experience in practice would also be considered. You'll be a strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and hands-on team player. You'll be technically minded, highly organised, and have a keen eye for detail.

Job Purpose

• Responsible for leading and managing staff, as well as career and personal development and overseeing the allocation and flow of work within the department.
• Oversee a varied client portfolio in a wide range of industries including Sole Traders, Partnerships, Limited Companies and High Net Worth Individuals.
• Provide ambitious standards of excellent customer service to clients by answering queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Oversee the provision of general accounting and tax services.
• Work on any ad hoc projects as necessary, such as cashflow forecasts and due diligence.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth by helping to build good relationships with both prospective clients and existing clients.
• Work as part of a team that fosters a supportive and inclusive environment.
