AJ Chambers have recently partnered with a well-respected firm of accountants based in Brentwood in their search for a Senior Accountant. This is a role that has recently become available due to the winning of significant new business, therefore leading to an exciting opening for a talented Senior Accountant to join a friendly and growing team.

The Role:

In this position, you'll engage in diverse aspects of accountancy, encompassing preparing and reviewing accounts, processing personal tax returns, and nurturing robust client relationships, including with HMRC. You'll also assist with audits, prepare management accounts, and lead departmental initiatives to uphold top-notch standards within time and budget constraints. We're looking for someone who offers ongoing advice, assists colleagues as needed, provides constructive feedback, and manages VAT, CIS returns, CT600s, and tax computations.
