PURPOSE OF JOB:

Generate and develop new business and grow the portfolio of solutions and services in existing customers to achieve Individual GP targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Best Practice Selling that Leads to Great Client engagements.
  • Being responsible for creating and driving sales pipeline and growth.
  • Ensuring profitability while striving to improve the customer’s experience.
  • Making sure our customers understand the entire proposition and to understand and demonstrate the value we can bring to customers.
  • Manage customers in the adoption and management of Security, Hybrid Datacenter and Cloud Services as well as enable effective and cost-efficient sourcing of hardware & software solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCSE Grade 5 in Maths, English & Science -ESSENTIAL
  • A Level Qualifications - DESIRABLE

Other Requirements

  • A strong background in solution selling is advantageous.
  • A working knowledge of any of these solution areas would be advantageous: Cyber and Network Security, Cloud migration and optimisation services (AWS/Azure), Hybrid Datacenter migrations (storage/Networking), EUC (UC).
  • Experience of managing strategic customer accounts including the development of strong relationships at all levels.

  • Build positive relationships with customer contacts, vendors, partners and the Bytes team.
  • Active listening and confidence in articulating complex solutions to Senior IT and Procurement contacts.
