Major Players are working with a fantastic creative agency specialising in experiential campaigns targeting youth and student audiences who are looking to recruit at Senior Account Manager into their London based team.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client relationships and campaign success. You will manage a small team, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns while identifying opportunities for growth. This role will involve both office-based and fieldwork responsibilities, including on-campus activations and event participation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring campaign objectives are met.
  • Manage campaign budgets and financial processes, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth.
  • Contribute to pitch opportunities through research, ideation, and proposal development.
  • Present campaign progress and evaluations to clients, showcasing our unique approach and results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of agency experience in experiential or event-based marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing youth-focused brands and campaigns.
  • Experience leading and developing teams to achieve optimal results.
  • Strong understanding of the student industry and lifestyle.
  • Proficiency in managing social media within campaign frameworks.
  • Ability to blend digital and physical elements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
