Senior Account Manager

Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager
Salary: £70,000 per annum 
Location: Remote, 
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00 am to 5.00 pm with early Friday finishes in Summer

An exciting opportunity awaits at an established and rapidly growing technology company operating within the retail and hospitality sectors. The Senior Accounts Manager role entails servicing and supporting clients while fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders, including IT directors.
 
The ideal candidate will possess prior sales and account management experience, demonstrating proficiency in up-selling, cross-selling, and lead generation, preferably within the hospitality and retail domains.
 
 
SKILLS REQUIRED
·Previous Senior Account Management experience
·Ideally having previous experience in Hospitality or Retail with exposure to hardware and software
·Ability to forge and maintain strong relationships and strong stakeholder management skills with a particular focus on C Level interactions
·Strong communication and negotiation skills
·Comfortable with performance measurement and achieving targets
·Proven track record of generating and converting new business
·Experience of understanding EPOS is advantageous
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·Managing key accounts, gaining a great understanding of the customer needs
·Providing solutions and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner
·Generate new business through close partnerships with assigned accounts
·Ability to understand technical aspects of hardware and software and customer systems
·Utilising industry experience to generate business opportunities outside of your key accounts
·Visiting clients on site and managing your own diary
