We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher with firsthand experience navigating physical disabilities. Your unique perspective will enrich our inclusive learning environment, fostering growth and success for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students with physical disabilities.
• Provide personalized support and accommodations to empower students to reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes respect and understanding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or PGCE
• Specialization in Special Education or relevant certification.
• Proven experience working with students with physical disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
