Aspire People are currently recruiting for a SEND Teacher, with experience in working in SEND Schools for a long term placement with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

Are you passionate about making a difference and supporting children with Autism, ADHD, PMLD and Specific learning difficulties?
Do you have a passion for building relationships and working in small groups?

We have a fantastic opportunity in Stoke-on- Trent at an Independent SEND Primary School. They take a student- centric approach and ensure the needs of the student are met, focusing on mental, physical health and wellbeing.
The Ideal candidate for this will have experience in a SEND setting, you will compassionate and provide academic and emotional support to students. You will work across Key Stage 1 and 2 and promote a safe and inclusive environment for students to feel accepted and secure.
You will need:
- QTS
- Experience in a SEND setting
- Updated and clean DBS on the update service3
- The ability to inspire students
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work well in a team
