Aspire People are currently recruiting for a Design and Technology Teacher, with experience of working in SEND Schools for a long term placement with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

Are you passionate about making a difference and supporting children with
Autism, ADHD, and SEMH?
Are you passionate about design and technology?
Do you have a passion for building relationships and working in small groups?

We have a fantastic opportunity in Shifnal at a SEND Primary and secondary School. They take a student- centric approach and ensure the needs of the student are met while encouraging educational development.
The Ideal candidate for this will have experience in a SEND setting, you will compassionate and provide academic and emotional support to students. You will promote a safe and inclusive environment for students to feel accepted and secure.
You will need:
- QTS
- Experience in a SEND setting
- Updated and clean DBS on the update service
- The ability to inspire students
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work well with a team of TA's
