�? Job Opportunity for SEN Teachers/Teachers with SEN Experience �?

Are you a passionate educator with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you thrive on making a meaningful difference in the lives of children who require tailored support to access the curriculum? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Location: Epping, Harlow, Loughton, and Chigwell

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience working with SEND students
  • Ability to work in 3-hour blocks with students on a 1:1 basis
  • Comfortable working with children in their homes or neutral settings such as community libraries
  • Flexibility to commit to the provided timetable, ranging from 4 weeks to termly blocks
  • Strong communication skills with both students and the organization
  • Core subject specialisms for both Primary and Secondary levels

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students who struggle to access the full curriculum in a classroom environment
  • Deliver engaging lessons and activities in line with individual student needs
  • Ensure consistency and continuity in learning by adhering to the provided timetable
  • Support students for a maximum of 15 hours per week
  • Embrace the freedom of shorter workdays while maintaining effectiveness in teaching
