We are currently seeking dedicated and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistants with experience of PMLD and Autism.

Do you hold a Health and Social or Childcare Qualification and have experience with children?

We have fantastic opportunities for PMLD LSA / Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties Support Assistants in brilliant and supportive SEN schools that cater for children with different levels of learning difficulties. The ideal LSA / Learning Support Assistant will have a caring nature and will be passionate about providing outstanding care and support to children of mixed abilities.

The schools are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and flexible to join their dedicated team. All applicants must have a minimum of 6 months experience working with children with special educational needs / disabilities. Experience with personal care is also essential. The roles available are either long term, short term or on a day to day basis.

The roles will include: Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation 1-1 work with students who require additional support

Leading group work

Helping the class teacher with pupil observations

Helping with personal care
