We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join an Ofsted 'GOOD' SEN School in Hayes, starting ASAP! �??

  • Location:Uxbridge (UB4)
  • Duration: Long Term
  • Pay: £85-£100 per day (depending on experience)
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Contract: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)

About the Role:

  • Full-time, long-term positions
  • Supporting various aspects of education (all classroom based), including 1:1 and group learning
  • Working with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils (4 to 11 years old) who have a range of additional learning needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably with SEN
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • A calm, patient manner and adaptability in fast-changing environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the update service

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing support to pupils to achieve learning objectives
  • Assisting class teachers with curriculum support
  • Building productive relationships with pupils and setting high expectations
  • Monitoring and evaluating pupil progress
  • Supporting staff in managing pupil behaviour and attending training courses as required
