As a valued member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with SEN, helping them to achieve their full potential.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
- Assisting the class teacher in implementing individualised education plans.
- Supporting students with their learning activities and encouraging their social and emotional development.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of individual students and the school environment.
