  1. Special Needs SEMH Teaching Assistant

    • Location: Guildford (GU5)
    • Contract Type: Contracted until July 2024
    • Hours: Full Time (5 days per week), Monday-Friday, 8:30AM - 4PM
    • Minimum Pay: £95 per day

Requirements for Teaching Assistant:

  • Experience with SEN (ADHD, Behaviour, MLD, SLD, Dyslexia, ASD, SEMH - desirable)
  • UK Graduates welcome; prior school experience preferred
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training (issued within the last year)
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills
  • Open to graduates seeking experience within SEN

Requirements for SEN Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Ability to plan and deliver effective lessons
  • Strong behaviour management skills

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
