Make a Difference: Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant

Do you have a passion for supporting young people and a desire to make a real difference in their lives?

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our thriving school community.

About the Role:

  • You will provide one-to-one and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across a range of ages and abilities.
  • Working closely with teachers, you will develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to help students achieve their full potential.
  • You will create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that caters to individual needs.
  • You will use a variety of resources and strategies to support learning and development.
  • You will build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

About You:

  • You have a genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEN.
  • You are qualified as a Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or 3) or have demonstrably relevant experience.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are resourceful, patient, and adaptable.
  • You are a strong team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
