Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Driffield, East Riding of Yorkshire
Salary: £80-£100 Daily
Contract type: Full-time

SEN Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with class teachers to deliver tailored support to students with diverse learning requirements.
• Providing one-to-one assistance to students with special educational needs, ensuring their progress and development.
• Creating an inclusive and welcoming learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Assisting in the preparation and organization of learning materials and resources.
• Nurturing students' social and emotional growth, promoting a positive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements for SEN TAs:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous for SEN TAs.
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude to inspire and motivate students with special educational needs.
