Key Responsibilities:

?? Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and speech and language difficulties.

?? Assist in the implementation of Educational Health an Care Plans (EHCPs) and behaviour management strategies tailored to each student's needs.

?? Collaborate closely with teachers and SENCO to create inclusive learning experiences that promote academic, social, and emotional development.

?? Foster a nurturing and supportive environment where every student feels valued, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

?? Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team to support ongoing learning and development.

Requirements:

?? Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.

?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach.

?? Genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs and a commitment to inclusive education.

?? Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent are advantageous.

?? Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to the needs of individual students.
