The Job Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven teaching support staff member to join our team for this fantastic opportunity working alongside SEN students, full time during the Summer term in a school in Plymouth.

SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities
- Supporting the class teacher
- Following safeguarding and school policies
- working 1:1 or with whole classes
- Liaising with school staff
SEN Teaching Assistant Essentials
- Previous experience working alongside children, ideally with SEN needs
- Knowledge of the curriculum
- A current DBS, or Update Service subscription (the agency can apply for this)
- A 3 year minimum reference history
- Reliability
- Excellent communication skills
