Key Responsibilities:

?? Provide tailored support to students with SEN, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and speech and language difficulties.

?? Assist in the implementation of Educational Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and behaviour management strategies.

?? Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create inclusive learning experiences.

?? Foster a nurturing and supportive environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

?? Promote independence and confidence in students while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Requirements:

?? Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable.

?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

?? Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.

?? Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent are advantageous.

?? Willingness to undergo necessary background checks and training.
