Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable but not essential
• A caring and compassionate nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting SEN students
• 1-1 support or group work, working with a range of complex needs
• The patience and care that is needed to support children with SEN
