About:

A primary school that caters to children with a diverse range of special needs, including severe learning disabilities, autism, and physical or sensory needs. Their commitment is to provide a happy and purposeful environment where children are celebrated for who they are as unique individuals, as well as for their remarkable achievements.

Position Details:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants for a variety of long-term bookings.

This full-time role is term-time only, ensuring you have time to recharge and pursue your passions outside of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing essential personal care and assistance to students.
  • Assisting with moving and handling to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.
  • Offering unwavering support in the classroom and during activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in working with SEND students, or in Care environment.
  • Possession of a valid DBS check (or willing to apply for one).
  • Availability to commute to Northolt, with a minimum commitment of three days a week from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
