Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Special Educational Needs (SEN) students, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support and small group interventions for SEN students.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Monitor and report on student progress.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
  • Experience working with SEN students.
  • A strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by SEN students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
