Your new school
You will have the opportunity to work in several excellent schools and nurseries located within the Swindon area as a teaching assistant. These schools are searching for day-to-day and long-term support throughout this academic year and from September 2024. The Schools that we work with are committed to improving the learning outcome of their pupils and are dedicated to ensuring that all standards are maintained during staff absences. As a result of this, we are recruiting for a number of teaching assistant to be available for day-to-day and long-term supply work to cover these staff absences.

Your new role
As a teaching assistant working in schools within in Swindon you will be required to cover staff absences, or any other gaps in the staff team. Because of this you will need to be able to work flexible hours and with a range of ages across primary schools.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 2 years. Experience supporting a child with Behavioural Difficulties. You will need to be enthusiastic and passionate about the role. The ability to communicate effectively with all members of staff, parents and pupils.
