• Location: Situated near Perton in South Staffordshire, the school provides a supportive and inclusive environment for students with SEN.
• School: A secondary special school supporting students with SEND who have an EHCP.
• Pay: £110 - £130 per day
• Temporary Positions: Ideal for those seeking short-term opportunities with flexibility to work part time or full time.
• Permanent Positions: For those committed to long-term full-time roles, September starts available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with diverse SEN needs (including SEMH, ASC, SLD, MLD, and ADHD).
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of EHC plans.

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with students with SEN is essential.
• Passion for making a positive impact on students' lives.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
