We are seeking dedicated and talented mainstream or SEND Teachers to provide exceptional education and support to students.

As a Long-Term SEND Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact on the lives of students with special needs. Your expertise, guidance, and support will empower them to overcome challenges, achieve their educational goals, and build a brighter future. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized education plans, implement tailored strategies, and ensure that every student's unique needs are met.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with SEND, mainly ASD, SLD and PMLD
• Strong understanding of different SEND needs and effective teaching strategies.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
