Seeking SEN Teacher in Wirral - Immediate Start

Randstad Education is collaborating with specialist schools in the Wirral area, dedicated to providing support to children and young people with diverse SEN. We are seeking enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated SEN Teachers to join our team and work alongside students with a variety of Special Needs starting as soon as possible. This position offers term-time employment with the potential for permanency within the school.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with students exhibiting Special Educational Needs such as Autism and ADHD, fostering positive learning relationships.
• Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, tailored to individual student needs.
• Plan and prepare curriculum-aligned lessons, including those within the P Scales curriculum.
• Build positive learning relationships with SEN pupils, demonstrating patience and professionalism.
• Provide support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), ADHD, and Physical Disabilities.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude while managing classroom dynamics effectively.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in schools with SEN pupils is preferred.
• Patience, passion, and professionalism in working with children and young people.
• Availability to start work immediately.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
