Start Date: ASAP, February 2024

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to make a significant impact on the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN) in Bexley secondary schools. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate educator who is ready to inspire, motivate, and provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs.

Day-to-day of the role:

Lead and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN.

Collaborate with teaching and support staff to create inclusive learning environments.

Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with specific needs.

Provide ongoing assessment and feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.

Foster independence in students with SEN and ignite a love for learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must hold relevant teaching credentials as a Qualified SEN Teacher.

Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching and supporting students with SEN.

Excellent communication, adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude are essential.

An enhanced DBS on the update service is required.
