Sen Teacher

 REED Education are currently looking for an experienced KS2 SEN Teacher to join our team at an SEN school that caters for social, emotional and mental health issues within Crewe. The successful candidate will be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of our students, and will have the skills and experience to effectively support their learning and development.

Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering high-quality and engaging lessons that meet the needs of individual students with special educational needs.

Assessing students' progress and providing regular feedback to parents/guardians and other teaching staff.

Developing and implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and other support plans for students.

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social and emotional development of all students.

Collaborating with other teachers and school staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for all students.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

A teaching qualification that meets QTS standards.

At least 2 years of experience teaching in an SEN setting.

Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for teaching and a commitment to student learning.

A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
