Position Overview:

• Provide 1:1 support to children with SEN during 3-hour blocks.
• Sessions can take place in the student's home or neutral settings like community libraries.
• Block durations vary from 4 weeks to termly based on the complexity of needs.
• Commitment to the provided timetable is essential for maintaining consistency for students.
• Students will engage in no more than 15 hours of sessions per week.

Requirements:

• QTS and experience working with SEND students.
• Flexibility to work with both primary and secondary students, with core subject specialisms.
• Exceptional communication skills with students and the organization.
• Ability to adapt to shorter workdays.
• Commitment to providing the best support for students' educational needs.
