Are you a passionate educator with a heart for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We're seeking dedicated individuals like you to join our team in Epping, Harlow, Loughton, and Chigwell.

Role Overview:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required, with proven experience in working with SEND students.
  • Delivering tailored support in 3-hour blocks, one-on-one, to students struggling to access the full curriculum in a traditional classroom setting.
  • Providing personalized instruction in students' homes or neutral environments like community libraries.
  • Committing to the provided timetable for consistent support, with block durations ranging from 4 weeks to termly, depending on the complexity of need.
  • Ensuring students' workload does not exceed 15 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Primary or Secondary teachers with core subject specialisms.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students and collaborate with the organization.
  • Flexibility for shorter workdays.
  • Passion for making a difference in students' lives.
