About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant at Aspire Learning, you'll work with a diverse group of students, helping them achieve positive learning outcomes despite any challenges they may encounter.

Responsibilities:

- Support students in their academic and social development
- Assist both inside and outside the classroom to ensure full participation in activities
- Set up activities using technology or adjust the environment as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, engage students, provide learning support, and manage classroom dynamics positively
- Offer personalized learning support to students based on their individual needs
