About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant at Bright Minds Creative Academy, you will work with diverse young people, supporting them in achieving positive learning outcomes despite the challenges they may face.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students in their educational and social development
  • Assist inside and outside the classroom to ensure full engagement in activities
  • Set up activities using technology or adjust the environment as needed
  • Support teachers, engage with students, provide learning support, and manage classroom situations positively
  • Provide personalized learning support to students as needed
