About the Role:

  • Provide one-to-one support for students with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEN students, is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • A willingness to learn and undergo relevant training.
