Position Details:

• Location: Maida Vale, Northwest London (NW8)
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Start Date: Immediate
• Daily Rate: Paid to scale M1-UPS3 ??

Requirements:

• Previous experience with secondary-age students (KS3 & KS4)
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons ??
• Experience working with students with Special Education & Mental Health Needs
• Strong subject knowledge up to KS4, preparing pupils for examinations ??
• Excellent classroom and behavior management skills ??
• Effective communication with staff, parents, and students ???

Responsibilities:

• Teach KS3 and KS4 Science (Physics, Chemistry, and/or Biology)
• Adapt lessons for varying learning needs �?
• Collaborate with students, parents/carers, and staff to ensure student progress ??
• Implement EHCP requirements into lesson plans
• Use a range of assessment strategies to track student progress ??
• Contribute to improving long-term outcomes for students �?

Qualifications:

• QTS or equivalent (Unqualified Teachers with relevant subject experience considered)
• Valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the update service ??
