1:1 Teaching Assistant

  • Salary: £13,317 - £13,766 actual salary (Full Time Equivalent: £23,114 – £23,893)

We are looking for outstanding and dynamic Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 support within our academy school. This role is crucial for working closely with primary-aged pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including anxiety and challenging behaviour.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide personalised support to pupils with SEN, tailoring strategies to support individual learning needs.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for pupils.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement effective educational strategies.
  • Positively impact the lives of pupils by fostering their academic and personal growth.
