Semi-Skilled Operative

Location: Devon, TQ9

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7.30AM to 3.30PM (0730-1530)

Contract Role up to September 2024 with potential for extension.

Salary: £12.59 PAYE per hour or £15.85 Umbrella per hour

Recruiting for a Semi-Skilled Operativeworking in Devon. You will be maintaining properties and assets, reactive repairs and planned maintenance.

Essential: Must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a car as travel will be required. Must have experience working in similar roles. Ideally UK 7.5 tonne license and/or a forklift license but not essential. Must have a Trade Qualification, if you hold any form of plant operations licenses this is advantageous (digger/MEWP)

Working within the building property industry. Experience of basic carpentry, plastering, tiling, and small building works related to property maintenance would be an advantage. Use of power and hand tools, Working from heights, Ability and experience to tow trailers, COSHH experience.
